Roles and Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    •  Lead, motivate, and mentor a technical team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
    • Shape the technical trajectory of the team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
    • Support in maintaining billable utilization targets for your team.
    • Technical enablement of team members on the latest Salesforce products and processes.
    • Lead customer and team engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
    • Balance project requirements with team capacity to ensure optimal performance and maintain high standards of quality.
    • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scopes, with prompt risk mitigation.
    • Provide oversight and governance of organization-wide Salesforce projects.
    • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
    • Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations for Managed services engagements.
    • From time to time, participate in activities such as technical landscape discovery and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide hands-on support if needed as part of the customer project.
    • Guide the team using best design principles based on Salesforce best practices.
    • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds.
    • Knowledge of data integration tools and understanding of integrating Salesforce with different business systems 
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Use strategic thinking to align project goals with customers' business objectives.
    • Ensure the solutions provided not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
    • Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work with global teams for delivery across geographies, demonstrating flexibility with work hours.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Overall 8-12 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adhere to timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
  • Strong technical penchant towards Salesforce, including Salesforce.com clouds. Appexchange products and a good understanding of Salesforce development tools.
